What does the warranty cover?
We at Silent Guard stand for quality, innovation, and durable products. Therefore, we grant a voluntary lifetime warranty on material and manufacturing defects.

✅ Free repair or replacement in the event of a valid warranty claim
✅ Warranty for the entire product lifespan with normal, intended use
The lifetime warranty begins with the handover of the product and is not limited to a fixed number of years.
What is excluded from the warranty?
Not covered by our voluntary warranty are:
❌ Wear parts such as rubber bands and their natural wear
❌ Damage due to improper or inappropriate use
❌ Damage from external force, extreme heat, or unauthorized modifications
❌ Normal optical signs of use without affecting functionality
❌ Quivers and accessories from other manufacturers, for example, from Buck Trail, Aurora, or Wild Mountain
For these products and parts, the statutory warranty rights remain in effect.
This is how the warranty process works
If something is wrong with your Silent Guard quiver insert, simply contact us at office@silentguard.at.
Briefly describe the problem and, if possible, send us a photo along with your proof of purchase or order number.
We will review your request and inform you about the next steps. If a return is necessary, we will coordinate the shipping with you in advance.
If there is a valid warranty case, we will repair the quiver insert free of charge or replace it. We will also cover the necessary shipping costs.
Statutory Warranty
Regardless of our voluntary warranty, you have statutory warranty rights against the respective seller when purchasing.
For new goods, the statutory warranty period for consumers in Austria is generally two years from delivery. In the case of a statutory warranty claim, you are entitled to free repair or replacement under the legal conditions, as well as possibly a price reduction or contract cancellation.
Our voluntary warranty does not limit your statutory warranty rights in any way.
This also applies to quivers from other manufacturers that you purchase from us. In these cases, Silent Guard GmbH as the seller is your contact for statutory warranty.
