Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for the entire lifespan of the cooking insert ab.

Should such a defect occur, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
What is excluded from the warranty?
The following points are not covered by the warranty:
❌ Wear parts such as rubber bands, which are subject to natural wear.
❌ Normal wear from regular use (referring to the rubber).
❌ Damage due to improper use, external influences (e.g., falls, water, heat) or unauthorized modifications.
❌ Additional products such as quivers and accessories, for which only the statutory warranty applies.

This is how the warranty process works
- Contact us with a brief description of the problem and, if possible, a photo.
- Send the product back to us at your own expense.
- After inspection, we offer a repair, a replacement, or a credit.
Our warranty is a voluntary service and complements the statutory warranty – your statutory rights remain unaffected.
